PINEAPPLE POWER MEAL SHAKE
3 scoops Power Meal
1 c. ice-cold pineapple juice
1 banana
1 1/2 c. cold water
4-6 ice cubes
Put all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. Add NinXia Red to make your shakes even more healthy and delicious
