I took a handful of the dried YL wolfberries and tossed them in a glass gallon jar and added a half gallon of water and let the jar sit capped in the sun all day for sun tea. I cam home and tasted it and all by itself it was fabulous. I am also using the reconstituted berries in my morning cereal or in healthy muffins, or I just eat them right out of the sun tea. Should you need a little flavoring or sweetness, there is always Blue Agave. I love my dried wolfberries.
