The Spiritual Connection: Cinnamon Essential Oil
Cinnamon in the Bible:
Take thou also unto thee principal spices, of pure myrrh five hundred shekels, and of sweet cinnamon half so much, even two hundred and fifty shekels, and of sweet calamus two hundred and fifty shekels, And of cassia five hundred shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary, and of oil olive an hin: And thou shalt make it an oil of holy ointment, an ointment compound after the art of the apothecary: it shall be an holy anointing oil.Exodus 30:23-25, KJV

I truly believe that our physical health affects how well we can hear that still small voice of the Great Healer. So, I found it exciting to read that cinnamon essential oil and cassia essential oil, are naturally high in phenylpropanoids, which, according to David Stewart Ph.D. in his book Healing Oils of the Bible, I read are capable of cleansing the receptor sites of our cells.
Our Lord wants to make our path as easy as possible and even provided cinnamon essential oil as a possible way for us to be more receptive to the call of repentance by preparing the body for our physical healing first! Isn't that exciting?! Of course, each individual still must choose for himself; but, I find it much easier to hear when my spiritual ears aren't plugged by a dragging body, don't you?
Whether you are looking for emotional and spiritual healing and cleansing or you want to enjoy the strong physical benefits of using these oils for good health and safe, environmentally friendly cleaning, these oils are a must have.
